LNBK is offering its first fund to qualified private investors, focused on hospitality real estate. We take pride in aligning interest with our investors, we expect to put out at least 20% of fund capital and be the largest investor.

  • Purchase single property asset, 30 to 50 key existing underperforming hotel.
  • Geographically located near New York metropolitan area.
  • Select an asset that has the potential to substantially improve RevPAR with capital improvement.
  • Integrate hospitality vision and operate asset under boutique concept.

We are a start-up asset manager. We realize that we are at the beginning of the road and we plan to stay on it for the long haul. We shall get stronger along the way. LNBK Asset Management is founded in 2018 to raise capital and manage properties.

Our partners' experience is diversified in Hospitality, Design & Construction, Development and Property Management.
